Leadership SFV provides individuals from business, civic and nonprofit sectors with a framework for engagement in the community. Participants develop a knowledge base and establish relationships with community leaders representing numerous sectors and issues – from health and housing to education and economic development. Local public, private and nonprofit leaders create connections between communities and constituents through a rich, cross-sector curriculum. Leadership SFV develops, engages, empowers, and connects leaders for positive community impact. .
The Youth Leadership Program teaches our youths to become leaders in sustaining the business environment and affecting change in their schools, neighborhoods, and communities.
SFV Foundation offers no-cost and low cost business workshops and seminars to empower business owners to start and grow their business.
This event gives volunteers a chance to see and experience the Los Angeles River for themselves, allowing them to contribute to the important efforts to improve the River's environment for people and wildlife. Volunteers remove trash and invasive vegetation, opening up the view of the River along this section of the Los Angeles River.
